Do to the policies of our Company, we can only ship within the United States.
When you place your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We know that sometimes, after you hit the order button, you might have some changes. So we give you 1 hour to cancel or edit your order. After the first hour your order will be automatically processed.
Next we contact our suppliers to confirm that your products are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
The next step is fulfillment. Orders that are in the “Fulfillment” stage, after the first hour, are in the process of being shipped and cannot be canceled. To cancel an order after it has been fulfilled, you must wait until the shipment arrives and treat it as a regular return (a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges may or may not be deducted from the original purchase depending on the manufacturers policies).
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.
